It’s an annual rite of spring: the food trucks start finding their way back to Research Park. Starting April 1, food trucks will be popping up at the corner of Hazelwood and First Street (parking lot at 2001 S. First). Schedules may be sporadic until May.

As of March 2018, employees of Research Park companies who work in any Research Park facility are now eligible to receive counseling and other resources provided by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's Faculty/Staff Assistance Services (FSAS). 


EnterpriseWorks is a University of Illinois building and follows the University holiday schedule. As a result, EnterpriseWorks will be closed on the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday, Jan. 21. No staff will be on site and the doors will be locked.

EnterpriseWorks will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on November 22 and 23. We will reopen on November 26. The building is accessible for all prox card holders. If you/your employees do not have this access, please see Sheri or Jim.



Innovation Celebration seeks nominations for its award program, to be held Friday, March 30, 2019. Please nominate as many individuals/organizations as you would like. Nominations will be viewed and judged by a panel of past winners, sponsors, and community & university leaders. Finalists will be announced in early 2019.

Effective Monday, July 16, 2018, food trucks at Research Park will relocate to the parking lot at 1901 S. First St. This is at the intersection of Hazelwood Drive and First Street, and the trucks will be parked in the lot's southeast corner. Thank you for your support of our food truck program. We have had a tremendously successful summer and hope it will continue in this new, convenient location.
