IntelinAir, the leading aerial analytics company in agriculture, is seeking an energetic, and self-starting Assistant Agronomist / Agronomy Intern to become a key member of our Customer Success team.
 

About Us:

We’re the makers of AgMRI, a field health monitoring and early-warning system, that enables farmers to manage their operations proactively and with confidence throughout the entire season. Founded in 2015, AgMRI provides farmers actionable data that alerts to emergence issues, early-season weeds, nutrient deficiencies, weather damage, water stress, insect infestations, and more, giving farmers the ability to make data-driven decisions that impact this season and beyond.
 

Role:

As an Assistant to our Agronomy team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting field data as well as providing assistance in the development of case studies demonstrating the value and ROI of AgMRI.
 

Responsibilities:

·        Assist with image analyics, focusing on corn and soybean, to support our customer support team in the field and help them interpret and act on AgMRI alerts

·        Assist product team as an expert resource in generating usable field data (including planter and yield analysis) and providing input on product features  

·        Field scouting to help confirm AgMRI findings

·        Develop case studies demonstrating the value and ROI of AgMRI

·        Contribute new ideas to help our company grow
 

Requirements:

·        Completed or current BS in Agronomy related agricultural field of study

·        Experience scouting fields, identifying issues, and interpreting sample results

·        Experience with AgStudio, SMS, or similar software in analyzing yield with multi-layered data sets

·        Proven sales and/or public speaking experience

·        Willingness to travel
